Constructed Perspectives...Perspective Play
For this piece your challenge is to INVENT a space or structure that distorts or wobbles our sense of perspective and space! You may be wild and crazy with your images...but there should still be evidence that you understand perspective even as you distort space. Your space may be observed OR invented OR a combination of the two! You might consider dreams, walking upside down, labyrinths, mazes, and invented worlds as you create your piece. This drawing could evoke an interior OR exterior space...or both. Your piece may take the form of one larger piece or a series of smaller pieces. Check out the images of work by students below as well as the work by the list of artists to inform your work.
