Perspective Collection

Create a series of 3 drawings from interior spaces at HCHS. These drawings should include 1 point perspective and 2 point perspective. The style of your work  (line, marks, choice in materials) is up to you, but your understanding of how to render perspective from observation (i.e. use of focal point, vanishing points, accurate proportion, etc.) should be clearly demonstrated in your work.

Additionally, your challenge is to select an 'interruption' (some object, subject, color accent etc. that is in EACH ONE of your three drawings). This object could be ordinary or funny, big or small. It has the potential to act as both a unifying agent AND as a way to help you site your image! (for example: stool, backback, chair, an apple, a chair, a ladder, a dog (kidding...but fun!)   ).

Of course composition, surface richness, line quality, effort, and craftsmanship will all continue to come into play in the strength/success of your work!

Materials:

1. A black and white material (pencil, ink, sharpie, charcoal, charcoal pencil)

2. One color that is used as an accent in each piece (marker, watercolor, pastel, colored pencil, collage, etc).

Surface: Paper

Size: Your choice
