Hi folks,
I am not feeling well so please follow the directions here.  There may be some questions yet before we start presentations on Friday and we will make sure you're all set before we begin the presentations.  I hope you have a great day!
Mrs. O'Brien

  1. Do the Agar Issues handout.  The sub should have given it to you.  Note that the ONLY difference is the Beef Extract and Pancreatic Digest of Gelatin.  All the heating, stirring, boiling, etc. was the same.  Be prepared to ask any final questions and then turn it in at the beginning of Friday.  You may work together but fill in your own document.

  2. Finish your life scenarios presentation.
    1. Don't forget the questions I asked your group individually!
    2. Be sure you have mostly visuals!  (Bullet points and speaker notes!).  If you know you have trouble maintaining eye contact, use the paper note cards.  The sub will have them out on the front table.
    3. Check the Checklist!
    4. Be sure to link any resources used to your presentation ON THE SLIDE/VISUAL where they are used.  DO NOT JUST USE A FINAL SOURCES LIST.
    5. Practice.  Most of you should fall somewhere in the 7-10 minutes range of time for presenting.
    6. Be sure your presentation is shared with Mrs. O'Brien with editing rights and an email.
    7. Be prepared to ask any last questions right at the beginning of class on Friday.  I will be assuming you are ready to present other than possibly a few minor questions when class begins on Friday.
  3. If you have extra time, watch the Models Review video.
  4. If you still have extra time (I'd honestly be shocked and worried about the quality of your Life Scenarios presentation), start reading Genesis.  We'll ultimately need to read Genesis 1-11 so get as far as you have time for.
