16. A Look at the Week/Studio Time (December 3-7)
Monday: introduce 'what is a concentration?'; look at examples of artist's concentrations from art history and contemporary art and work to identify WHAT is unifying the work both visually and conceptually?
--LOOK AT PAST STUDENT CONCENTRATIONS on moodle and write down what they might be exploring with this work. Try to move beyond subject to concept/idea/theme.
--Review our own themes and ideas...what are ideas that we have shown up in the work we have seen or made...?

Thursday/Friday: studio time...(hang onto sketches of multiple ideas, references and influences, resources, research).
