- Take the Practice Quiz until perfect before your class on Wed/Thur. No credit for doing it after the quiz.

Meiosis - Geniquest (dragons)- Watch the Cell Division 3 (Meiosis) notes. You will likely want to continue using the presentation that goes with it.
- Finish Geniquest (dragons) at least up to Activity #3 if not already finished in class.

Genetics- Finish Geniquest (dragons) if not already finished in class.
- At this point, you should know words like chromosome, allele, gene, dominant, recessive, homozygous, heterozygous, genotype, phenotype, etc...!! If you need a little review, the best place to start is the intro video and the presentation that went with it.
- Study for 8.5-8.7 Quiz on Tuesday/Wednesday. Take the 8.5-8.7 practice quiz as many times as you want before your class on Tuesday/Wednesday (Monday is a Friday schedule). No credit for practice quizzes after the quiz. Come with any last questions for Unit 8.

- If you're struggling with any genetics problems, watch any of these you did not get to in class: Example 1 Dominant/Recessive, Example 2 Dominant/Recessive, Example 3 Dominant/Recessive and then see me soon!

- Be sure you have taken Genetics Quiz #1!
- If you are not caught up on the Checkpoint Problems see Mrs. O'Brien ASAP! You will need to use the before/after school times if you have been absent or are behind!
- Next FRIDAY is the final day for any reassessments or late credit from Unit 8.
- There will be no reassessing on the Genetics test so be sure to ask all your questions as you work through this unit!
